How do I get started as a photographer?

  • Create your photography offerings with pricing

  • Connect your Stripe account to receive payments

Once approved, your services will be visible to real estate agents in your coverage areas.

How do I create and manage my photography offerings?

From your photographer dashboard:

  • Navigate to "My Offerings"
  • Click "Create Offering" to add a new photography package
  • Set your pricing, turnaround time, and package details
  • Specify what's included (drone, twilight, video, etc.)
  • Upload high-quality sample photos
  • Submit for admin approval

You can edit or deactivate offerings at any time. All offerings require admin approval before becoming visible to clients.

How do bookings work?

The booking process is streamlined:

  • Real estate agents search for photographers in their area
  • They select your offering and complete payment
  • You receive a notification of the new booking
  • Review booking details (address, instructions, special requests)
  • Click "Acknowledge" to confirm you can complete the shoot
  • Coordinate with the agent via the messaging feature
  • Complete the shoot within the promised turnaround time

All bookings are tracked in your "My Bookings" dashboard.

How do I communicate with clients?

  • Use the built-in messaging feature on each booking
  • Click "Messages" on any booking card

  • All message history is saved for reference

How do I deliver photos to clients?

Photo delivery is simple:

  • Edit and prepare your photos professionally
  • Upload photos to your preferred service (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.)
  • Get a shareable download link
  • In the app, click "Mark Complete" on the booking
  • Enter the download link
  • Submit - the client receives an email with the link

Clients can then download their photos and leave a review of your service.

How do I get paid?

Our payment system ensures you get paid for your work:

  • Clients pay upfront when booking your services
  • Funds are held securely by Stripe
  • Complete the shoot and deliver photos
  • Payment is automatically transferred to your Stripe account
  • Funds typically appear in 2-7 business days (Stripe standard)

  • Completed work: Refunds only for quality issues
  • Disputes: Mediated by our support team
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days for refund completion
