Real Estate Agent accounts can:
- Post property signage requests
- Browse and hire contractors
- Manage multiple property listings
- Track service progress
Contractor accounts can:
- Browse available jobs in their service area
- Submit bids and proposals
- Showcase their portfolio and services
- Manage their business profile and pricing
For Real Estate Agents
To post a signage request:
- Tap the "+" button in the app
- Select "New Signage Request"
- Enter property details (address, type, timeline)
- Add photos and specific requirements
- Set your budget range
- Review and publish your request
Contractors in your area will receive notifications and can submit proposals.
When reviewing contractor proposals, consider:
- Portfolio: Review their previous work examples
- Reviews: Check ratings and feedback from other agents
- Response time: How quickly they responded to your request
- Price: Compare quotes and value offered
- Availability: Can they meet your timeline?
- Communication: Are they responsive and professional?

Finding jobs is simple:
- Set your service areas in your profile settings
- Browse the "Available Jobs" section

The app will prioritize showing you jobs in your specified service areas.
To create winning proposals:
- Be specific: Address all requirements mentioned in the job post
- Show examples: Include relevant photos from your portfolio
- Be realistic: Provide accurate timelines and pricing
- Communicate value: Explain what sets your service apart
- Respond quickly: Early responses often get more consideration
- Ask questions: Show engagement and clarify any uncertainties
Our payment process ensures you get paid promptly:
- Payments are held in escrow when a job is awarded
- Submit photos and updates when work is completed
- Agent reviews and approves the completed work
- Payment is automatically released to your account
- Funds typically appear in 1-3 business days
Platform fee: 20% service fee that covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and customer support. You can choose to:
- Absorb the fee: Include it in your pricing
- Pass it to customers: Add it to the booking total
- Adjust the percentage: Set your preferred fee pass-through rate (0-20%)
You can track all payment statuses and configure fee preferences in the "Earnings" section of your profile.
For Photographers
Getting started is easy:
- Create your photographer account during signup
- Complete your profile with your business information
- Set up your service areas (zip codes or counties)
- Create your photography offerings with pricing
- Upload portfolio photos to showcase your work
- Connect your Stripe account to receive payments
Once approved, your services will be visible to real estate agents in your coverage areas.
From your photographer dashboard:
- Navigate to "My Offerings"
- Click "Create Offering" to add a new photography package
- Set your pricing, turnaround time, and package details
- Specify what's included (drone, twilight, video, etc.)
- Upload high-quality sample photos
- Submit for admin approval
You can edit or deactivate offerings at any time. All offerings require admin approval before becoming visible to clients.
The booking process is streamlined:
- Real estate agents search for photographers in their area
- They select your offering and complete payment
- You receive a notification of the new booking
- Review booking details (address, instructions, special requests)
- Click "Acknowledge" to confirm you can complete the shoot
- Coordinate with the agent via the messaging feature
- Complete the shoot within the promised turnaround time
All bookings are tracked in your "My Bookings" dashboard.
Stay in touch with your clients easily:
- Use the built-in messaging feature on each booking
- Click "Messages" on any booking card
- Send and receive messages in real-time
- Discuss shoot details, access information, or special requests
- All message history is saved for reference
Professional communication helps build strong client relationships and leads to repeat business.
Photo delivery is simple:
- Edit and prepare your photos professionally
- Upload photos to your preferred service (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.)
- Get a shareable download link
- In the app, click "Mark Complete" on the booking
- Enter the download link
- Submit - the client receives an email with the link
Clients can then download their photos and leave a review of your service.
Our payment system ensures you get paid for your work:
- Clients pay upfront when booking your services
- Funds are held securely by Stripe
- Complete the shoot and deliver photos
- Payment is automatically transferred to your Stripe account
- Funds typically appear in 2-7 business days (Stripe standard)

Technical Support
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Force close and restart the app
- Check for app updates in your app store
- Restart your device
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Clear the app cache (Android) or offload/reinstall (iOS)
- Free up device storage space

Photo upload issues can usually be resolved by:
- Checking your internet connection strength
- Ensuring photos are under 10MB each
- Trying different photo formats (JPG works best)
- Granting camera and storage permissions to the app
- Closing other apps to free up memory
- Taking new photos instead of using old ones from gallery
To reset your password:
- Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your email for a reset link (including spam folder)
- Follow the link and create a new strong password
- Log in with your new password
If you don't receive the reset email within 10 minutes, contact our support team.
Billing & Payments
Our transparent fee structure:
- For Contractors & Photographers: 20% service fee on earnings received
- Flexible fee options: Contractors and photographers can absorb the fee or pass it (partially or fully) to customers
- Adjustable percentage: Set your preferred fee pass-through rate from 0-20%
- No hidden fees: No subscription or membership costs
- No upfront costs: Only pay when you use the service
All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. Contractors and photographers can configure their fee preferences in their profile settings.
Our refund policy protects both parties:
- Before work starts: Full refund available
- Work in progress: Partial refunds based on completion
- Completed work: Refunds only for quality issues
- Disputes: Mediated by our support team
- Processing time: 5-7 business days for refund completion
